Voyage At Christmas

Foodbank collections for those in need, Christmas jumper displays - and over 2,500 festive meals cooked and enjoyed.

This is just a sample of the Yuletide merriment that has been taking place at our academies.

For more from each academy, and Voyage's Shared Services, please see below!

Pioneers was just one of our academies that took part in Rudy's Run this year, to raise funds for St Barnabas. Pupils also enjoyed coming to school in their Christmas jumpers, films in their pyjamas, a nativity, and a pantomime of Snow White.

Pupils at Carlton Road Academy were very busy this Christmas - taking part in carol singing live on the radio, nativity plays, Rudy's Run, and singing inside Boston Stump.

Fishtoft Academy learners, like everyone at our academies, really enjoyed their Christmas dinner this year! They also wore festive jumpers and took part in Rudy's Run.

Over at Gosberton Academy, everyone has been having a great time in the run-in to the Christmas break - including watching the Peter Pan pantomime and singing in the local church. Here is just some of the fun that has been taking place there...

Students at our Haven High have been wearing Christmas jumpers, enjoying festive food, decorating doors and having a Santa Fun Run. Over 100 Year 11 students also went to the University of Lincoln to see A Christmas Carol - and the school again put on its amazing annual show. Money raised at the academy's Christmas Fair, in the form of supermarket vouchers, was also presented to Boston Women's Aid.

Children from Old Leake Primary Academy and the Seedlings Nursery collected donations for the Boston Food Bank, met Santa, and performed Christmas songs at the village's Community Hub.

Pupils at Park Academy have been enjoying some Christmas learning, including a Victorian Day and making food. They have also been taking part in Rudy's Run.

In addition to staff members dressing as seagulls (!), pupils have been taking part in Rudy's Run - and the school received 15 trolleys of donations from Boston's Dunelm store!

Nativities and Christmas jumpers were the order of the day at Wygate Park Academy - oh and pupil's also really got stuck into their Christmas dinners!

Voyage Shared Services team members donated food for the local Boston foodbank and wore Christmas jumpers for charity. From everyone at Voyage, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Many thanks for your efforts during 2023. Here are some pictures of our academy staff receiving special Yuletide Voyage Christmas cakes to end this Xmas round-up!
