CPD Offer

At Voyage Education Partnership, we believe high‑quality professional development is central to improving outcomes for children and young people. Our CPD offer draws on the expertise of practitioners working across our schools and central teams, alongside trusted partners, to deliver practical, relevant and evidence‑informed learning for education professionals.

We offer a programme of open‑booking courses throughout the year, as well as a bespoke in‑house CPD service that can be tailored to the specific needs of your school, academy or organisation. Training can be delivered on‑site or virtually and adapted to suit different roles, phases and levels of experience.

Our CPD covers a wide range of priority areas, including teaching and learning, leadership, safeguarding, inclusion, outdoor learning and educational visits, first aid, and health and safety. Whether you are developing classroom practice, strengthening leadership capacity, meeting statutory requirements or building confidence in specialist areas, our aim is to provide high‑impact CPD that makes a real difference in practice.
