Voyage Case Study Published By The DfE

The study, entitled Fostering Development: A Trust-Wide Approach To Cultivating Early Career Teachers, highlights the impact of the Early Careers Framework (ECF) programme and focuses on the work of Voyage's Early Teacher Development Lead Suzie Pell.

The case study was authored by Voyage's Executive and Shared Education Service teams.

Suzie said: "It is so exciting to see this published. 

"Not only was it a team effort to write it, but I am in no doubt that without the vision of the Trust and how they value teacher development this case study would not have been possible."

The study looks at the structure of support offered by our Shared Education Service Team - and how it embeds the ECF programme.

The document also showcases how Voyage harnesses the ECF for trust-wide school improvement - highlighting how we value the CPD of our Early Career Teachers and how, by including a designated role within the Shared Education Service Team, we allow dedicated support for the benefit of ECTs.
