An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Voyage Education Partnership for an Assistant Site Manager to be based at Haven High Academy. The purpose of this role is to assist with and deputise when required in providing high quality site management of all site maintenance and services including the site/cleaning staff and external contractors. You will also be required to support/assist health, safety and facilities manager and to maintain a healthy and safe environment for students, staff, and other users/visitors.

The Voyage Education Partnership is a Multi-Academy Trust of eight schools, each based in the heart of their communities in the Boston and Spalding areas. We have an exciting opportunity to lead on attendance across the Trust, ensuring there is a clear vision and strategy for good attendance, effectively monitoring Trust attendance data, supporting academies to develop and implement effective strategies to improve and maintain good attendance, and provide Trust-wide expertise in the field of attendance legislation and procedure.

Reporting to the Inclusion Lead, our Trust Attendance Lead works with our academies to ensure data is being recorded effectively into academy MIS and to analyse, monitor and track levels of attendance across the Trust to highlight patterns and/or potential issues, strategically planning for change and corrective action.

Haven High Academy is situated in the town of Boston in rural Lincolnshire.  The Academy is part of the Voyage Education Partnership which includes Carlton Road, Staniland, Park, Fishtoft, Gosberton, Pioneers and Wygate Park Academies.

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Science from April 2022.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner to support a well lead Science faculty that already has a number of ECTs. We would welcome applicants who are successful Physics or Chemistry teachers to support a well-developed team.

Since our last OFSTED inspections in 2019, significant improvements have been made in the academy, behaviour is exemplary, and teachers enjoy the support of the community to enable their job to be done to a high standard. Students are keen to learn, and this has been proven by more than half of the cohort choosing to study triple Science and as a result of this, their behaviour and attitude to learning is outstanding.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Trust for a Teaching Assistant to be based at Wygate Park Academy. This role requires the successful candidate to provide support to the Headteacher\Teacher across a range of child centred activities to promote child development and learning.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Voyage Education Partnership for a Lettings Coordinator to be based at Haven High Academy. The purpose of this role is to provide an onsite service to manage the lettings for the 3G pitch, sports hall and other lettings as required across both campuses, the security of the premises and its contents, and the heating and lighting of the premises.  You will also be required to carry out safety checks as required, ensuring adequate records are maintained.
