As our Trust grows, this is a fabulous and exciting opportunity for an experienced and outstanding primary executive leader to join our Education Directorate. This role involves supporting our Chief Education Officer in the strategic improvement and oversight of a number of our primary academies, working alongside the Headteachers to ensure the very best provision for our primary learners.
You will lead a highly professional and talented Education Team in supporting the improvement and development of our Primary Academies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about school improvement and leadership development, who wants to have an impact across a group of primary academies - the majority of which serve a wonderfully diverse and multilingual community of learners.
The work is varied and interesting, and includes supporting academy leaders with academy development planning, self-evaluation and the improvement of teaching and learning through the implementation of our strategy and development framework. You will also have a responsibility for leading on at least one Trust Education Strategic Priority.
The Voyage Education Partnership currently has eight academies, six of which have been graded Good or Outstanding by Ofsted - with the remaining two confident they will be graded Good at their next inspection.
We educate over 3,500 pupils throughout the Boston and South Holland areas of Lincolnshire. Academic outcomes across our MAT have improved over time in all academies.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Vocational Department at Haven High Academy in the position of Design Technology Technician.
You will play an integral role in directly supporting the future generation of Design Technology, Engineering and Construction industry students to develop industry standard knowledge, skills, and behaviours. This combined role incorporates the maintenance of the standard of equipment and our workshop rooms, assisting our Vocational teachers, as well as assisting our learners in the workshop and developing their knowledge skills in these areas. There will be an opportunity to work with a diverse range of learners, covering both Level 1 and Level 2 learners across KS3 and KS4.
You will already have relevant experience/qualifications in one or more of the above industries, perhaps as a technician (or be newly qualified). You may even have previous experience in instructing or training. If you are someone that is passionate about developing and directing the next generation of learners and supporting their growth in these sectors, then this could be the job for you.
We will look to develop and support the right candidate (should they wish), in working towards their teaching qualification.

Wygate Park Academy is looking to employ an enthusiastic EYFS teacher who will join a team committed to continuing the work of the academy in raising standards. In seeking a class teacher, the school is looking for a creative person with a passion for working with young children.
